In her new position Colby will play a key role ensuring client satisfaction, delivering maximum program results, leading teams, and managing projects.

As Executive Director, Client Accounts, Colby is responsible for serving clients, leading strategic accounts, and managing cross-functional teams. She excels at strategy development, program management, communication and reporting. Her goal at SmartSearch Marketing is to ensure client satisfaction and achieve maximum program results.
With more than 12 years experience in the search industry, Colby provides expertise in search marketing and account leadership to a variety of industries on local and national levels including Berkshire Hathaway, Bernstein Rein, Career Education Corporation (Le Cordon Bleu North American schools), LifeSize (a Division of Logitech), Confio Software, and QAD.
Colby holds a Bachelor of Arts, Organizational Communication, from Western State Colorado University (formerly Western State College). She currently resides in Castle Rock, Colorado, where she enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. She is a football fanatic, cooking enthusiast and recently took up the challenge of climbing Colorado Fourteeners.
